We are proud to announce many firsts in USA Powerlifting. This very prestigious annual USA Powerlifting High School National event has a 30+ year history, but for the first time in USA Powerlifting will be for both equipped and raw categories.  This means the event will expand from a 3 day competition, to a 5 day competition. The starting Wednesday through first session Friday we will host all the raw lifters, then Friday PM session will start the lifting of equipped HS lifters.

2. Qualify at USA Powerlifting Event
3. Enter as an individual into High School Nationals
4. Academic Good Standing (School Administrator)
